This servo drive control compensation principle is the same as the open-loop compensation system, consisting of two independent
measurement systems consisting of a rotary transformer and an
induction synchronizer, both of which work in amplitude discrimination mode. The disadvantage of this system is high cost, requiring
two sets of detection systems. The advantage is that it is easier to adjust than a fully closed-loop system, has good stability, and is suitable
for use as a feed drive for high-precision large CNC machine tools.
Servo drive maintenance
1. When checking the current monitoring output terminal of the driver with an oscilloscope, it was found that it was all noise and could not be read out.
Fault cause: The current monitoring output terminal is not isolated from the AC power supply (transformer).
Solution: You can use a DC voltmeter to detect and observe.
2. The motor runs faster in one direction than in another.
Reason for malfunction: The phase of the brushless motor is incorrect.
Solution: Check or identify the correct phase.
Reason for malfunction: When not in use for testing, the test/deviation switch is turned to the testing position.
Solution: Turn the test/deviation switch to the deviation position.
Reason for malfunction: The position of the deviation potentiometer is incorrect.
Solution: Reset.
3. Motor stall.
Reason for malfunction: The polarity of the speed feedback is incorrect.
